Convenient Location and Luxurious Public Bath
During my recent stay at a hotel near Gotemba Station, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. Just a short 5-minute walk from the station, it was the perfect place to relax after a day of shopping at the Premium Outlets. The hotel also had a luxurious public bath, which was a great way to unwind and rejuvenate.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Although the twin room was on the smaller side, it was still acceptable for a Japanese hotel.

The staff were professional and friendly. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was delicious and the onsite onsen was a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, with a lovely noodle bar nearby.
Not obvious to find.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, being close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going the extra mile to call local attractions and confirm their opening hours. Lastly, the rooms offer the best view, with an amazing perspective of the surrounding scenery. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was just fine.

This hotel is a great budget option with attention to detail and basic amenities provided such as toothbrush and paste. It's conveniently located near the local train station and the outlet shopping area. The staff are polite and helpful, and breakfast is a good buffet. The hotel also offers rooms with the best view of the mountain, like Mt. Fuji which is simply breathtaking.
No negative aspect.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the train station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are small but tidy, and some offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. the breakfast is a great way to start the day, with both Western and Japanese options to choose from.
The lack of English-speaking staff can make communication challenging for those who don't speak the local language.

Spent my Christmas vacation in this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were really clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and pillows. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning, with a variety of choices that suited both my sweet and savory preferences. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train/bus station and various tourist attractions. Plus, the nearby restaurants and shops added convenience to my stay.
Although my stay was enjoyable, the noise from the nearby railway tracks was a bit irritating and occasionally disturbed my sleep. , some of the staff had limited English proficiency which made it challenging to communicate effectively.

This hotel is perfectly located right next to Gotemba train station which makes it easy to get around. The rooms with the view of Mt. Fuji are a real treat and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The staff here are courteous and the breakfast is decent.
No major issues, everything was ok.

Great location near public transport, food options, and supermarket. The hotel's public bath with long opening hours is a great bonus after a long day of activities. The view of the mountain from the rooms was simply breathtaking and made waking up in the morning even more enjoyable.
The room was relatively small for the price, however, this is common for Japanese hotels. The staff did not offer much information about tourist spots which was a bit disappointing.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
